Ulta Beauty is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors, and Lead Cashiers, driving top-line sales growth across categories and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will champion Ulta Beauty’s mission, ensure policy compliance, manage scheduling and payroll, train staff, and foster an inclusive culture while executing in-store events and brand partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or related experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting data, manage payroll, control expenses.
• Retail management: monitor inventory, operational excellence, service culture, merchandising directives.
• Leadership: attract, develop, and motivate talent; lead teams through change.

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed Ulta Beauty’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and developing strategies leveraging programs, tools, and resources.
• Wait scheduling through payroll budgets to maximize productivity and meet deadlines within budget.
• Plan and execute in-store events to deliver exceptional guest experiences and collaboration with brand partners.
• Maintain attendance and enforce Ulta Beauty policies and standards.
