Ulta Beauty is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors and Lead Cashiers in delivering top-line sales growth and an exceptional guest experience. You will coach, develop, and manage a diverse team while ensuring store operations, events, and payroll stay aligned with brand standards and budgets.

The role emphasizes accountability, product knowledge, and service excellence, with focus on performance, people, and processes across all store activities.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years retail management or related experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong leadership and customer service skills

Responsabilités

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across retail, service, payroll and omni-channel metrics
• Drive profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and implementing improvement plans
• Plan and execute in-store events to deliver guest experiences and achieve sales goals
• Lead and develop a diverse team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors and Lead Cashiers
• Ensure compliance with policies, scheduling, inventory, and loss prevention
• Provide product knowledge training and coaching to staff to enhance guest service
