Ulta Beauty is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors, and Lead Cashiers. You will drive top-line sales growth, guest experience, and operational excellence across store categories.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong leadership, and the ability to train and coach staff while delivering exceptional guest service and store performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced, retail management or related experience.
• Strong leadership with ability to hire, train, and motivate a team.
• Proficient with basic technology and store systems.

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver top-line sales growth across all categories.
• Drive profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and implementing improvement plans.
• Plan and execute in-store events and brand partner collaborations to boost sales.
• Manage scheduling and payroll budgets to optimize productivity.
