Ulta Beauty is seeking a Sales Manager to guide a team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors, and Lead Cashiers, driving top-line sales growth while delivering an exceptional guest experience across all categories.

The role emphasizes accountability, coaching, brand partnerships, and events, with a focus on NPS, payroll efficiency, training, and compliance—empowering the team to elevate service and performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Experience driving top-line sales, analyzing reports, and managing payroll budgets.
• Proven ability to attract, develop and motivate a team.
