Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or other relevant work.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, manage payroll budgets and expenses.
• Retail management: monitor inventory levels, drive service culture and merchandising.
• Leadership: attract, develop, motivate a team and lead through change.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals.
• Drive profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and leveraging programs and resources.
• Plan and execute in-store events to deliver guest experience and sales goals.
• Review financial and operational reporting regularly.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations for guests.
• Maintain attendance and enforce the attendance policy.
• Attract, hire, and retain a diverse team with strong collaboration.
• Provide training and coaching and conduct performance reviews.
• Establish relationships with brand partners to meet sales/service goals.
