Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-store events to enhance guest experience and drive sales.
• Review financial and operational performance and respond to trends and opportunities.
• Provide makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to guests.
• Coach and develop associates through ongoing training and feedback.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and store standards.
