You will coach staff, manage events, and ensure compliance with procedures to deliver exceptional service and store performance. This role requires a results-driven leader with extensive product knowledge and people leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; retail management focus ideal.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or related experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating top talent.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and implementing programs and resources.
• Plan and forecast staffing to maximize productivity and meet payroll budgets.
• Plan and execute in-store events to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and store standards.
