Ulta Beauty is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a Beauty Advisors and Lead Cashiers team, driving top-line sales and guest satisfaction. You will oversee staffing, training, events, and store operations with a focus on accountability and brand standards.

You will analyze performance data, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to policies while delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management or related experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, MS Office, Apple devices).
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll and compliance.
• Drive profitability by improving metrics and leveraging programs/tools.
• Plan schedules and payroll to maximize productivity within budget.
• Plan and execute in-store events to boost guest experience and sales.
• Lead makeup, skincare demonstrations to enhance guest service and sales.
