Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead store operations, guest engagement, and top-line sales growth. You will oversee shipment, replenishment, omni-channel tasks, price changes, and markdowns while guiding a team to operational excellence.

You’ll analyze performance data, manage scheduling, coach staff, ensure compliance with policies, and deliver a best-in-class guest experience across all store activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1-2+ years of retail management experience.
• Ability to manage payroll budgets and expenses.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and sales growth.
• Leverage forecast and budgets for scheduling.
• Review financial and operational reporting.
• Lead guest engagement program and drive service.
• Ensure compliance with policies and dress code.
• Oversee shipment, replenishment, pricing updates, and markdowns.
• Provide staff training and development.
• Communicate trends and opportunities to field leadership.
