Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager/Operations leader to guide a team in a high-energy retail setting. The role focuses on sales growth, inventory management, and operational excellence across shipments, replenishment, omni-channel, pricing, and markdowns.

The candidate will lead a diverse team, ensure training and development, and uphold Ulta Beauty's standards while delivering a superior guest experience. This is a full-time, on-site position based in a major market.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology (POS system, Microsoft Office, Apple devices).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to react under pressure and adapt to ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals related to sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Leverage forecast and payroll budgets to support store scheduling within the budget.
• Review and react to financial and operational reporting and audits.
• Lead guest engagement programs and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
