Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver top-line sales growth for the store. You will oversee Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager, managing store operations, realignments, planograms and inventory life-cycle processes.

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years in fast-paced retail management, strong leadership and financial acumen, and a passion for operational excellence to drive guest experience and store performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for management role.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience.
• Experience driving top-line sales and managing payroll budgets.
• Leadership experience developing and motivating a team.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager to drive sales and operations.
• Manage store operations including realignments, planograms, and inventory life-cycle processes.
• Ensure attendance, performance, and compliance with policies.
• Develop talent through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Communicate with field leadership on trends and opportunities.
