Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a store team and manage daily operations, inventories, and merchandising. You will drive top-line growth, oversee staff development, and ensure excellence in guest service and store standards.

The role requires 2–3+ years of retail management, a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), and the ability to work a full-time schedule including weekends. You will collaborate with the GM and Merchandising Manager to optimize performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reports, manage payroll budgets.
• Leadership: attract, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to achieve store sales and operational goals.
• Oversee inventory life cycle, planograms, and asset protection.
• Implement training and coaching to improve guest service and performance.
• Monitor schedules, payroll, and staffing needs to maximize productivity.
