You will oversee a team of Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager, focusing on performance, people development, and process adherence to company standards. The role requires passion for retail operations, the ability to manage complexity, and the skill to guide and develop your team toward achieving store goals and guest

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Strong financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reports and manage payroll/or expenses.
• Retail leadership: monitor inventory, drive service culture, and merchandising execution.
• Leadership: attract, develop, and motivate talent and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals in sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Use forecasts and payroll budgets to plan schedules and communicate needs to leadership.
• Review financial and operational reporting and act on findings.
• Lead makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos to boost sales.
• Ensure conformity to policies and dress code; maintain store standards.
• Manage inventory life-cycle processes including cycle counts and RTV/DIF.
