Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, ensuring fixtures stay stocked and the sales floor remains clean and inviting. You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by focusing on performance metrics, people, and processes.

Responsibilities include replenishment, planograms, inventories, and adherence to policies. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals for task dashboard and processes including shipments, replenishment, inventories.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales.
• Adhere to policies, dress code, and brand standards.
• Complete merchandising resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures.
• Keep work area replenished, signed and faced, with testers available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across all areas.
