Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experience. You’ll help keep fixtures stocked, merchandise available for purchase, and assist the Merchandise and Operations Managers to meet performance goals.

You’ll perform merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and ensure the store remains clean and organized. The role requires a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock and cleanliness to ensure product is available for purchase.
• Support store leaders with operating procedures and compliance.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipment processing.
• Drive store performance by ensuring tasks are executed and guest service is delivered.
