Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to help deliver operational excellence in our store. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through strong attention to processes and performance metrics.

You will contribute to an inclusive team environment, participate in ongoing training, and ensure compliance with company policies while supporting inventory and merchandising tasks. This role requires flexibility for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations to meet retail goals, ensure product is available for purchase, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and participate in ongoing brand and category training.
• Adhere to policies and procedures, complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and stock/shipment processing.
