Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will ensure fixtures are stocked, the store stays clean, and tasks are completed accurately and on time.

In this role you will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, follow procedures, and contribute to sales performance through reliable, detail-oriented work and teamwork across shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and inventory processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards.
