Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and ensure merchandise is ready for guests.

You'll work with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, contribute to performance metrics, and follow policies and loss-prevention practices. This role requires flexibility in scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to help deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology such as POS and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stocked fixtures and overall store cleanliness to support sales.
• Support Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through performance metrics and procedures.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and loss prevention practices.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventories, and shipments using Ulta Beauty systems.
