Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experience. You will help keep merchandise stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and follow procedures to drive performance metrics.

The role requires attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous retail exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Meet store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available for purchase.
• Maintain inventory, replenishment, and adherence to procedures.
• Keep fixtures stocked, clean, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Protect company assets and provide exceptional guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
