Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to deliver operational excellence supporting sales drivers, keeping fixtures stocked, maintaining store cleanliness, and following procedures. You will support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by focusing on performance, people, and process, and adhering to Ulta Beauty’s policies.

A flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Meet store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available for purchase.
• Complete shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, inventories, and procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and overall store standards including restrooms, cashwrap, and backroom.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and delivering guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
