Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead store operations, oversee shipment, replenishment, omni-channel, price changes, and markdowns, and drive top-line sales growth. The MM will guide a team of Task Associates, manage schedules and payroll within budget, and ensure adherence to company standards and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management or related experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals related to sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost controls.
• Support scheduling using forecast and payroll budgets within budget.
• Review financial and operational reports and act on findings.
• Lead guest engagement initiatives to drive sales and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with policies, dress code, and safety standards.
