Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management or related experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed store goals (retail/service sales, payroll, omni-channel, shrink).
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Lead and develop a diverse team, coach performance, and ensure execution of SOPs.
