Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 associates.
• Strong communication skills in group and one-on-one settings.
• Willingness to welcome feedback and pursue continual improvement.
• Ability to resolve issues with customers and staff quickly.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and overall productivity, shrink, payroll and expenses.
• Own the sales floor and execute daily operations and merchandising in line with Windsor guidelines.
• Lead, coach and train the team; foster a culture of respect and accountability.
• Build brand loyalty by delivering the Oasis omni-channel experience to customers.
• Partner with the Store Manager to recruit, onboard and retain talent.
