Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Freehold, NJ store to lead and inspire a high-performing team. You will drive sales, coach stylists, and ensure adherence to Windsor’s merchandising and service standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with the Store Manager to optimize staffing, training, and store operations, while maintaining brand standards and an engaging customer experience. This role supports growth and development within the company.

Qualifications

• High school education is required.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to lead a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication with customers and associates.
• Proactive coaching and feedback to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• You will drive store sales and manage daily operations.
• You will coach and motivate a team to deliver the Windsor Oasis experience.
• You will partner with the Store Manager on staffing, onboarding and retention.
• You will ensure compliance with Windsor policies and visual guidelines.
• You will open/close the store and manage payroll and expenses where applicable.
