Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager in East Rutherford, NJ to join our store leadership team. You drive sales, coach stylists, and deliver an omni-channel Oasis experience to every customer while ensuring brand standards and operational excellence.

You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop a team, manage payroll and expenses, and uphold Windsor's Visual Guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership to develop and motivate a team up to 25 employees.
• Quick thinker capable of resolving issues with customers and associates.
• Clear, effective communication in group and one-on-one settings.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Flexible schedule, including opening and closing the store.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store productivity while maintaining brand standards.
• Provide an omni-channel Oasis experience to every customer.
• Coach and develop stylists; recruit and onboard new talent.
• Oversee daily store operations, payroll, shrink, and expenses.
• Lead by example and foster a culture of respect and accountability.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to execute merchandising directives.
