Windsor Fashions in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, managing payroll and expenses, and coaching a high-performing team of fashion stylists.

As host of the Oasis experience, you lead by example, organize daily operations, recruit and onboard talent, and uphold Windsor’s Visual Guidelines and policies. A minimum of 1 year in retail management is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Drive store sales as part of the sales-directing team.
