Job summary

Nurtur Aveda West Chester is hiring a Retail Services Associate to support the guest experience in a full-time role. You will welcome guests, perform the Aveda retail service cycle, check in and out appointments, and keep guest profiles up to date.

Requires at least a high school diploma and 2 years of retail or hospitality experience; cosmetology license preferred but not required. This position offers benefits and growth opportunities at an environmentally conscious brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ continuous retail or guest service experience, hospitality preferred.
• Cosmetology license preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Nurtur Core Values and Aveda Success Factors.
• Greet guests, provide hospitality, and guide service experiences.
• Complete the Aveda retail service cycle for every guest.
• Check guests in/out, maintain accurate profiles and notes.
• Assist with scheduling, pre-booking, and rebooking of services.
• Educate guests on products, promotions, and launches.
• Support center with inbound guest calls as needed.
• Maintain inventory, cash handling, and adhere to cash policy.
