Job summary

Nurtur Holdings LLC in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking an AVEDA Retail Services Associate to deliver exceptional guest care in a busy salon environment.

You will handle check-ins, product recommendations, and Aveda rituals, maintain inventory, and support events while upholding company standards.

This full-time position requires at least two years in retail or hospitality, and offers competitive hourly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years' continuous retail, customer service, restaurant, or hospitality experience; cosmetology experience preferred.
• Licenses in Cosmetology or Esthetics preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch guest care and hospitality to guests and students.
• Perform Aveda rituals and offer beverages during wait times.
• Check guests in/out, book appointments, and maintain accurate notes.
• Assist with inventory, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Educate guests and students about policies, products, services and launches.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet sales and scheduling goals.
