Nurtur Aveda is seeking a Retail Services Associate for its West Des Moines location. The role focuses on world-class guest care, managing appointments, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

You will perform rituals, assist with product sales, and ensure accurate guest databases and booking notes. Applicants should have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work evenings and weekends, and maintain professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of retail, customer service, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Cosmetology license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Nurtur and AVEDA standards and guest service excellence.
• Greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and pre-book services as needed.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and maintaining guest records up-to-date.
• Provide product knowledge and promote services and promotions.
• Support team with training and events, including community fairs.
