Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years in fast-paced retail management or related field.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Office, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals and loyalty targets.
• Drive profitability by addressing underperforming metrics and leveraging programs.
• Plan and execute in-store events to deliver guest experiences and brand collaboration.
• Review financial and operational reports and act on insights.
• Lead, train, and develop a diverse store team for high performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, dress code, and loss prevention.
