Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors, and Lead Cashiers. You will drive top-line sales growth, guest experience, and store performance through performance leadership and effective people management.

The role focuses on accountability, in-store events, training, and adherence to procedures while maintaining excellent guest service across all categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced, retail management or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating top talent and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals.
• Drive profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and developing improvement strategies.
• Plan and execute in-store events to deliver guest experience and sales goals.
• Lead makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Ensure attendance policy is followed and manage staffing needs.
• Develop and coach associates through training and feedback.
