Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management or related experience.
• Proficient with technology (POS, Microsoft Office, Apple devices).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong collaboration and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and improving strategies.
• Plan and execute in-store events to boost guest experience and sales.
• Lead and train a diverse team to deliver top-notch service and results.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards; manage attendance and scheduling.
