Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management or related work.
• Experience with driving top-line sales and payroll budgets.
• Proven retail management skills in inventory, service culture, and merchandising directives.
• Leadership experience: attracting, developing, and motivating a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals in sales, guest loyalty, payroll, and shrink.
• Drive profitability by using programs and resources to deliver top-line growth.
• Plan and execute in-store events delivering guest experience and sales goals.
• Maintain attendance and enforce policies.
• Lead, train, and develop a diverse team of Beauty Advisors and Lead staff.
