Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or related work experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting data, manage payroll budgets, control expenses.
• Leadership: attract, develop, and motivate top talent, lead teams, and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed store goals across retail and service metrics.
• Drive profitability by identifying underperforming areas and implementing improvement strategies.
• Plan and execute in-store events to enhance guest experience and collaboration with brand partners.
• Lead makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
