Formación

• 2-3+ years of fast-paced, retail management experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting data, manage payroll budgets.
• Retail management: monitor inventory, achieve operational excellence, drive service culture.
• Leadership: attract, develop, and motivate a team, lead others through change.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals across retail, service, loyalty, payroll, and operations.
• Drive profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and leveraging programs and resources.
• Use forecasts and budgets to plan schedules and maximize productivity within payroll limits.
• Plan and execute in-store events to deliver guest experience and drive sales.
• Review financial and operational data and respond to insights.
• Lead guest services, makeup demonstrations, and product knowledge to boost sales.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain attendance and hold associates accountable to policy.
