Job summary

Developlus Inc. is seeking an Associate Product Development Project Manager to drive new product development and manage changes across hair color, remover, hair care, and styling lines.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams from concept through commercialization and oversee lifecycle changes post-launch. This role requires strong project management, organization, and communication to keep timelines, budgets, and brand objectives aligned with senior leadership and external manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of project management experience in beauty/cosmetics preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional product development and packaging changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple new product development projects from concept through commercialization.
• Coordinate ECRs for product, packaging, formulas, artwork, and suppliers.
• Manage existing product changes and packaging updates with stage-gate discipline.
