Job summary

Bell International Laboratories, Incorporated is seeking a Project Manager to lead new product development projects in the personal care/beauty space. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, guiding projects from concept through launch.

Responsibilities include defining scope, timelines, budgets; coordinating R&D, QA, supply chain and operations; ensuring milestones are met and customer expectations are exceeded in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or Communications.
• 5 years of personal care/beauty industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines and budgets with stakeholders.
• Maintain understanding of all ongoing projects.
• Support business development discussions and respond to client inquiries.
• Manage and coordinate NPD projects from concept to launch within scope.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations to meet requirements.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, track progress and risks.
• Lead regular status meetings with customers and internal teams.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable plans with internal teams.
• Coordinate with supply chain for materials and packaging.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and maintain contingency plans.
• Maintain project docs in PM software.
• Foster strong client relationships and provide high-quality service.
