JCPenney Avon, OH is seeking a Beauty Lead to deliver personalized service and drive beauty product sales. You will apply product knowledge within the Connect, Inspire, Engage service model to enhance the customer experience and support store performance.

Your role includes promoting loyalty programs and managing promotions, while maintaining a clean, organized selling floor and assisting with merchandising, stock replenishment, and inventory processes.

• Ability to proactively engage customers and drive sales.
• Familiarity with beauty products and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages customers to determine needs and help them make buying decisions with product knowledge.
• Drives sales and meets/exceeds performance metrics.
• Promotes loyalty programs, gift cards, rewards and credit programs; cross-sell when possible.
• Handles POS checkout, returns, exchanges, and ticketing with accuracy.
• Supports inventory and merchandising tasks, pricing and signage to standard.
