Job summary

JCPenney seeks a Beauty Lead to deliver a personalized shopping experience by leveraging product knowledge and the Connect, Inspire, Engage service model. The role prioritizes driving sales and outstanding customer service while maintaining store operations.

You will engage customers, demonstrate product applications, promote loyalty programs, manage POS transactions, support in-store promotions, and uphold cleanliness and organization in the beauty department.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty retail or customer service.
• Ability to upsell and promote loyalty programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and drive sales by sharing product knowledge.
• Meet and exceed performance and productivity standards.
• Promote loyalty programs such as FindMore, Gift Card, Rewards and Credit.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions including sales, returns and exchanges.
• Support beauty department promotions and events to meet goals.
• Maintain floor standards, stock, testers, and merchandising.
