Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor in Lakewood, CO to drive sales through authentic beauty passion and consultative client interactions. You’ll maintain expertise on top brands, execute merchandising sets, replenishment, and visual standards to deliver an excellent client experience.

You will build loyalty, upsell when appropriate, and continually expand knowledge of beauty trends while supporting inventory management and training requirements.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty and client engagement.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service roles.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and upselling where appropriate.
• Develop knowledge of beauty industry trends and top brands.
• Demonstrate products to inspire confidence and sales.
• Follow Sephora at Kohl’s visual standards and merchandising plans.
• Support inventory, replenishment, and price changes on the floor.
• Complete required trainings and assist omni-channel processing.
