As a Beauty Lead Advisor, you’ll partner with the Store Manager, coach the Beauty Team, and help upsell products while ensuring visual merchandising and inventory standards

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• 3 years of client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence clearly.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance for the Beauty Team through partnership with the Store Manager.
• Communicate initiatives between Store Manager and Beauty Advisors, providing feedback and coaching.
• Act as a point of contact for Store Manager, Sephora Training Team and other partners.
• Build client loyalty and upsell products by identifying client needs.
• Demonstrate products to inspire client adoption and product knowledge.
• Understand and execute sales plans to meet goals and maintain Sephora visual standards.
• Ensure timely replenishment and maintain department hygiene and merchandising.
• Engage in training to expand knowledge and support omni-processing.
• Assist with inventory management from receipt to sale.
