• Experience in beauty, consumer products, product demonstration, experiential marketing, product education, or related field.
• Strong ability to turn product performance into compelling demonstrations and stories.
• Self-starter mindset with hands-on approach and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Own development of Shark Beauty demonstrations and product stories that bring product superiority to life.
• Be the product expert for Shark Beauty Experience and communicate product value to internal and external partners.
• Lead and develop a small team of demo stylists and specialists with accountability for quality and results.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Creative/Social, and PR to translate inputs into demonstrations and experiences that strengthen launches and education.
• Test prototypes and evaluate performance, usability, claims, routines, to inform business decisions.
