Job summary

You will build client loyalty, upsell where appropriate, and ensure an excellent overall client experience by demonstrating products, sharing trends, and supporting omni-channel processing and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Provide credibility to clients through product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and proper application.
• Understand and execute sales plans to meet goals.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.
