Job summary

FashionUnited seeks a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a passion for beauty and consultative client engagement. The role emphasizes expert knowledge of top beauty brands, merchandise execution, replenishment, and adherence to Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate product knowledge, and inspire clients through product demonstrations, while completing required training and maintaining visual standards across the department.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through demonstrating products and application of products to drive sales.
• Actively engage and complete all required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.
