Qualifications

• At least 1+ years in retail/CPG industry, preferably operations or customer support.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and vendors.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to multitask across multiple clients and launches.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations for each client's e-commerce, B2B, and customer experience channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot fulfillment and shipping issues with 3PLs.
• Ensure orders process on time, monitor integration issues, and target 100% fill rate.
• Communicate with 3PL partners to resolve delays and file carrier claims when needed.
• Log and process wholesale orders via 3PL WMS and EDI systems; update routing guidelines.
• Maintain SOPs, client documentation, and retail/routing guidelines.
