Innovative Beauty Group (IBG) North America is seeking an Operations Specialist to oversee the full order lifecycle, collaborating with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate order execution and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a similar role in customer service.
• Cosmetics/Beauty industry experience desirable.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full order lifecycle and ensure on-time delivery.
• Respond to inquiries about order processes.
• Enter data in ERP and review sales orders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues.
• Maintain updated order status and lead-times.
