Macy’s is seeking a Counter Manager to lead a dynamic Beauty Advisors team and manage all aspects of a cosmetics brand. You’ll drive sales with personalized consultations, expert application, and strong customer connections.

You’ll oversee stock presentation, vendor events, and team performance to deliver an exceptional brand experience while meeting goals and cultivating loyalty. Strong leadership and beauty knowledge required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant retail, beauty, or leadership experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through consultations and product knowledge.
• Build lasting client relationships and drive client development via outreach.
• Review sales results and implement strategies to grow business.
• Plan and execute in-store/vendor events to drive traffic.
• Maintain brand standards through merchandising, hygiene and stock.
• Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
