Responsibilities

Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer's goals.
Collaborate with team to create a welcoming environment for all customers.
Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools.
Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results.
Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
Stay updated on beauty trends and products through trainings by Nordstrom and brand partners.
Manage sales, refunds, exchanges and build customer loyalty through Nordstrom Rewards.
