• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals, using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results.
• Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Keep up with beauty trends through trainings provided by Nordstrom and brand partners.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards program accounts to build customer loyalty.
