Nordstrom Beauty Department seeks a Beauty Counter Manager who blends sales expertise with education to create personalized beauty experiences for customers. You will be part of a passionate team that values your unique skills and keeps up with the latest trends through trainings with Nordstrom and luxury brand partners.

In this role, you will drive sales both in-store and online, manage events and promotions, and build lasting customer relationships through the Nordstrom Rewards program.

Responsabilités

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customer goals.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools.
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results.
• Keep the department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
